  • Curb appeal! We all know most buyers will judge a property the second they click on the first picture and again, the minute they pull up. First Impressions are very powerful! Everyone knows, you never get a second chance…It’s crucial that your seller know and understand the significance of this! DO NOT allow buyers to start subtracting before they even step inside!
  • Ever been thrilled to get a floor duty call from a seller to list their property? (Always a great thing!) You land the appointment and show up, excited to see the property. And when you arrive, you’re disappointed. You view the home smiling, being polite and professional, all the while you’re thinking to yourself, “How am I ever going to get this property sold?” “How many days will this be on the market?” and, “they want to list it at what price??” Yes, we’ve all been there…
  • It can be awkward and difficult to convey these messages to your seller without feeling you will be insulting or risk losing the listing. This is especially true if the seller has occupied the property for many years and has “collections” and a lot of “everything”. It’s uncomfortable for you to say that although their “whatever” collection is lovely; today’s buyer doesn’t have any interest in them. Buyers need to be able to envision their own “collections” in the home and envision their lifestyle fitting in.
